The Role

We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruitment Account Manager to manage and grow key client accounts within CYP and Mental Health services, with a strong temporary (temp desk) focus.

You will take ownership of a busy temp desk, ensuring consistent candidate availability, excellent client service, and high fill rates across ongoing staffing requirements. You will have the autonomy to lead, build a strong team, and embed a culture of safety, care, and continuous improvement and oversee the registration, development, and operation of our Ofsted-regulated residential home.

To manage the children's home setting for 11-18 year old looked after children, delivering a crucial role to promote safeguarding and wellbeing for the children and staff you will be working with.
