This is a pivotal appointment for an experienced and inspirational leader who is ready to drive quality, growth and innovation across a developing organisation with exciting plans for the future.
With established services and significant expansion planned over the next five years, this role will play a key part in shaping and delivering the organisation's strategic vision across children's residential care, learning disability services, emotional and behavioural needs (EBD) provision, and the development of a new education facility.
