Her career has been built on working directly with people and services that change lives — and that foundation of compassion, resilience and expertise is at the heart of P+S Care and Support.

Cheryl’s drive comes from a genuine passion for the care sector and a belief that things can, and should, be done differently. She founded P+S Care and Support to break the mould — not just another agency, but a trusted partner who understands the pressures, the pace, and the purpose behind every service.

Known for her honesty, transparency and realness, Cheryl leads with heart and high standards. She is committed to building meaningful partnerships, delivering exceptional service levels, and always putting people first — staff, clients and those receiving support.

Jamie brings a unique blend of hands-on care experience and business acumen to P+S Care & Support. Having worked as a carer and continuing to support a close friend, Jamie understands the heart of care from a personal perspective. Coupled with a strong background in customer service and business development, Jamie excels at building trusted partnerships rooted in passion and service. Every relationship is approached with genuine care, ensuring that P+S clients feel supported, valued, and understood.

Mia brings valuable hands-on experience from the Healthcare sector, where she has seen firsthand the powerful impact that high-quality care can have on people’s lives. This insight drives her commitment to ensuring every individual receives the support they truly deserve.

In her role, Mia leads the recruitment of support staff, carefully pre-screening and getting to know each candidate personally. She takes the time to understand their strengths, skills and motivations — ensuring the right match for both the service and the people it supports, whether in Children and Young People’s care or Mental Health services.

Mia is passionate about building genuine and long-lasting relationships with clients. She works closely with them to fully understand their needs, helping to create environments where positive change can happen. Her dedication, empathy and belief in high-standard care make her an invaluable part of the team.
