Today we’re celebrating International Women’s Day and recognising the incredible women who make up the heart of our team at P+S Care & Support. 💗



Our business is built on compassion, resilience, humour and hard work – and these women bring all of that and more every single day.



👑 Cheryl – Director & Founder 


The driving force behind P+S Care & Support. Cheryl founded the business with a clear vision: to build a company that is small enough to care, but big enough to support. Her passion for people, strong values and determination continue to shape everything we do.



🌟 Paris – Account Manager 


Paris brings warmth, energy and a wonderfully quirky personality to the team. She keeps everyone smiling and supported, while making sure both staff and clients feel valued and cared for.



🏃‍♀️ Mia – Senior Account Manager 


Exceptionally organised with banter levels that keep the office laughing, Mia keeps everything running smoothly while balancing her love of run club and preparing for an exciting new chapter as she gets ready to move into her new home later this year.


Today we celebrate not only the women in our own team but the incredible women across the health and social care sector who show dedication, strength and compassion every single day.
