Support Worker – Young People (Solo & Semi-Independent Living) £29,000

P+S Care and Support are seeking dedicated and compassionate Support Workers to work with young people in solo and semi-independent living settings. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people to develop independence, confidence, and life skills while maintaining strong safeguarding and professional boundaries.
You will provide consistent, person-centred support to young people, often on a 1:1 basis, helping them navigate day-to-day life, emotional wellbeing, education, and the transition toward adulthood.
Provide high-quality 1:1 and semi-independent support to young people
Support young people with daily living skills such as budgeting, cooking, appointments, and routines
Promote emotional wellbeing and positive decision-making
Act as a positive role model, maintaining clear professional boundaries at all times
Follow individual care plans, risk assessments, and placement expectations
Accurately record notes, incidents, and outcomes in line with procedures
Work in line with safeguarding policies and escalate concerns appropriately
Build professional, trusting relationships while encouraging independence

Residential Childrens Registered Manager - £45-£55k

We are looking for a driven and values-led Residential Manager who will be instrumental in establishing a high-quality, compliant, and nurturing service. This role is central to the success of the home and will involve close partnership working with Ofsted, local authorities, and external professionals, ensuring the service meets and exceeds regulatory standards.
You will have the autonomy to lead, build a strong team, and embed a culture of safety, care, and continuous improvement and oversee the registration, development, and operation of our Ofsted-regulated residential home.
To manage the children's home setting for 11-18 year old looked after children, delivering a crucial role to promote safeguarding and wellbeing for the children and staff you will be working with.
Supervise a team of staff who will be working within the home you will be responsible for ensuring the team provide a trauma perceptive approach to caring for children.
